I have been in my house for 22 years and this is the first time to have this bush bloom! It usually losses its blooms to a late freeze. To bad you can not smell it.

The Magic
1. Rescued a chipmunk that got bought into the house by the cats. Was able to talk him/her into a cup to be taken back outside to freedom. The cats were not happy.
2. Spending time with my Grand Daughter Cindy, she loves that same things I do. It is easy to be with her.
3. It is a warm 86 degrees F today, I love it. It has been a long dreary winter.
4. I found my water color paper and have got my ATC's done for my crafting retreat with my wonderful Niece Christy.
5. Running Hot Water, I love it. I am always amazed how it just pours out of the shower head.
6. The makings of a wonderful sunset, soft fluffy clouds, just enough dust in the air to make a lovely color of red and a great new camera to take some pictures of it.
7. A soft fresh Milky Way candy bar and the sense to not eat it all at once. LOL
8. A new rake to clean up the yard in this wonderful weather we are having. Some new garden plants to attract the butterflies.
9. Tex-ting my Son who is away to collage. I can not even begin to understand the tech that runs my cell phone. I am so happy it does though. It also helps me keep track of my 19 year daughter who is on her way home form a rabbit show in Reno. It is a fun time to be alive.
10. Spending time with my DH today and enjoying each other even after 28 years. We are off to watch the sun go down.

I am reading The Magic. Finding 10 things to be grateful for everyday. I thought easy right. I find I am repeating myself. But some really neat things are happening so I am getting a lot more to be grateful about.
1. I am grateful for the half flat of strawberries my husband bought home today, they are so good. Fresh picked from a grower in California. How great is that. Shipped all the way to my home in Nevada to the local fruit stand. Guess what, they are ripe! Yep not a green spot on them and oh so sweet.
2. My dear husband made tacos tonight...oh my they were so good. I got to thinking about all the things that had to happen for me to enjoy those tacos. Is it OK to be grateful to the cow that gave its life for the hamburger that went into the mix? How about the persons who made the corn tortillas and the people who picked the tomatoes. The cannery who canned the tomatoes...well heck forgot the grower of the tomatoes. I can not imagine the work that went into making the oil to fry them. Then the lettuce, lets not forget the cheese. Oh my I take a lot for granted. I am so grateful for the good things to eat that nourish my body and feed my soul. Thank you so much.
3. I am thankful for TV, I know HUH lol I watched A tribute to Lionel Richie tonight and it was great. Made me feel good and bought back some really fine memories from my past. I have had lots of friends and good times and it is nice to remember them.
4. I am thankful for my washing machine and really good smelling dryer sheets. So I guess I am thankful for my dryer also, cause I can not hang out clothes in the rain.
5. I am thankful for the rain. It is watering my plants who are very thirsty and the lilac bush is blooming.
6. The smell of the sage brush in the rain. Hummmm I see it is all connecting. So many things to be thankful for.
7. Thankful for the guy who fixed my car. I love my car!
8. So thankful for my husband who makes the money to pay the guy who fixed my car. This leads me to being thankful for the mine my husband works for and the fact they treat him so good and pay him good. And he likes his job.
9. I am thankful for my beautiful daughters. I love having them as friends and still close enough to hang around with. They both make me feel special.
10. I am thankful for my health and how good I am feeling. So much to have gratitude for. I am healthy, wealthy and wise. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!
